More About Our Company

Our company has been around since 1982. Since then, we have been providing services for construction projects. We specialize in small-to-medium-sized renovation and new construction jobs. These include alteration projects for existing buildings, building systems, and interior spaces.

Our Clients

Currently, we serve clients in Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana. We can work on construction projects for both the private and public sectors.

Experts You Can Rely On

We believe that a successful construction project requires the services of a carefully selected team of capable professionals. Our company’s resources consist not only of individuals with the essential skills and experience to successfully build your project on time and within budget. We also have a cohesive team of construction managers, superintendents, schedulers, architects, engineers, and specialized consultants.

Our extensive knowledge of preplanning, design, construction engineering, contracting, and management expertise can help any of our clients’ staffs. With our know-how, we can ensure the best possible project outcome regardless of the size or type of delivery method used.

Bonding and Insurance

We always make sure to protect our clients and workers. This is why our company is fully bonded and insured.

Management Systems

We use the most current estimating, scheduling, and construction software to provide the highest quality experience to our clients.

Our Estimates

Estimating costs early into a project, committing to the established budget, and closely monitoring the step of construction to ensure compliance are all vital. It is both an art and a science to be able to do all of those things. Luckily for you, these are all tasks that our team excels in.

Our estimates are first developed by creating a project-specific Microsoft Excel spreadsheet detailing each element of the entire scope of work for the project. With our wide array of resources, we can confidently validate specific elements of the budget based on the project manager or team, historical cost data, and subcontractors.

Involvement of Project Manager or Team

They will be involved from the beginning of the construction process to the final walk-through and project closeout. Our project manager or team establishes ownership and responsibility of all costs developed early in the project, and we will be required to deliver on our promises. These established costs help us get a better idea of our budget.

Historical Cost Data

We also refer to the details of completed jobs that are similar to the current project. Our team uses the cost data from these past projects to help them determine the budget.

Our company also collaborates with subcontractors. They help us confirm current labor and material price points.

An important factor in our ability to deliver projects successfully has been our consistent utilization of critical path method (CPM) schedules. We use these to plan, manage, and control the project. Our schedules typically include key milestones, project interfaces, work scopes, and deliverables for all phases of project development.

We use Microsoft Project for the preparation of all construction schedules. This preparation includes the scheduling of the entire project and giving of biweekly updates at the weekly or biweekly project meetings. We also incorporate the necessary equipment and vendor details to assist the owner with fully integrated schedules.
